FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: procedure is performed in device consisting of section 22 with increased diametre of lifting pipe and of inclined distributor 12 with orifice 86 at its top 88. The top is at a certain distance from wall 23 of lifting pipe 20. At catalytic process mixing can be improved, which decreases formation of coke in the lifting pipe due to improved contact of hydrocarbon with catalyst before its contact with the wall of the lifting pipe. Increased distance between point of hydrocarbon introduction and the wall of the lifting pipe can increase probability of catalyst contacting with hydrocarbon.
EFFECT: hydrocarbons with high contents of undesirable impurities cause higher coke formation in comparison to common hydrocarbons; disclosed here procedure and device can be efficient for reduced coke formation in lifting pipe when heavy hydrocarbons are used.
