FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in assembly of sheet work-pieces and in fabrication of internal pressure tight package with connecting pipe holes. The internal package of the panel structure is positioned in a cavity of the external package. Further, the shape of heated internal and external packages is changed in a state of super-plasticity with excess gas pressure. On the internal package there are singled out local zones with various level of load during operation of the panel structure. Closed cavities are formed in the local zones. The panel structures are finally shaped. Further, pressure in the said closed cavities is raised to a level proportional to a critical stress occurring in the said closed cavities during operation of the panel structure.

EFFECT: raised reliability of structure operation, reduced level of operation stress in regions subjected to most intensive loads.
