FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and can be used in making various vessels and bottoms of sheet materials. Two matrices are arranged one above other. On blank of larger diameter is applied lubricant with high friction coefficient and fixed on female die with blind cavity with possibility of free movement of flange in radial direction. Excess pressure is supplied to workpiece fixed on female die with through cavity, and shaping until contact with working surfaces of matrixes and obtaining one finished shell and one semi-finished product. Now, formed shell, semi-finished product and die with through cavity are withdrawn. Then on die with blind cavity flat sheet blank is installed, and on die with through cavity of semi-finished product is installed with tight fastening on periphery and forming with supply of excess pressure thus until contact with working surfaces of matrixes and produce one finished shell and one semi-finished product.
EFFECT: decreased gage interference.
