FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of safety belt 10 wherein said belt run in direction (V) on driver body and has shoulder segment (S) to be applied to driver body upper part. Said safety belt incorporates rotary element of lock 1 that divides said safety belt in shoulder segment (S) and another segment (L). Rotary element of lock 1 varies direction (V) of safety belt 10 on driver body so that both segments (S, L) runs from said rotary element in opposite directions. Rotary element has moving section (B) that, in collision, can move from initial position wherein safety belt 10 can slide along rotary element of lock1, into extreme position wherein safety belt is locked in rotary element of lock 1. Aforesaid moving section serves to lock safety belt in locking element before reaching extreme position. Note here that safety belt 1 interacts with said moving section (B) so that the latter, when shoulder segment (S) is tensioned in direction (V) on driver body, can move from initial position into extreme position to unload shoulder segment (S), thus, limiting resultant force acting on shoulder segment 1. Safety belt 10 is clocked in rotary element of lock 1 by moving section (B).
EFFECT: higher safety.
