SUBSTANCE: window panel has a multilayer coating, having a series of at least an antireflection base layer, a layer which reflects infrared radiation, a top antireflection layer and an upper layer having a series of at least two sublayers: the first sublayer essentially consists of at least one material selected from a group consisting of titanium, titanium oxide and titanium nitride, and the second sublayer essentially consists of silicon oxide, silicon nitride, silicon oxynitride, silicon carbide, silicon carbonitride, silicon oxycarbide or silicon oxycarbonitride. The second upper sublayer can have geometrical thickness in the range of 15-30 Å.
EFFECT: high scratch resistance, chemical resistance and moisture resistance.
