FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: inventions refer to devices for cleaning the furnace coil of coke deposits by means of scrapers and can be used in oil industry. Invention refers to scraper starting device including perforated pipe with scraper inlet and outlet connection pipes with oil product; at that, device is made in the form of vertical drum formed with the above pipes installed with possibility of being turned about vertical axis of the device by means of horizontal spoke assembly fixed on the shaft. At that, pipes are arranged between spokes and rigidly attached to them, and pipe ends are equipped with sealing assemblies; at that, drum is enclosed in the housing with upper and lower bottoms, on which on the level of spoke assembly there arranged is drum attachment assembly containing branch pipe with screw shaft installed so that it can be moved in vertical axis of the device; at that, on the edge of screw shaft there is cavity to align it with projection on the spoke end; at that, drum is equipped with control system. Invention also refers to scraper receiving device and cleaning device of inner pipe surface of coke deposits.

EFFECT: reducing capital and operating costs and labour input when scrapers are started.
