SUBSTANCE: installation includes a furnace with coil tubes, an input and output device for scrapers, a scraper feeder system connected with the oil product refining unit, and at least two starters for scrapers, each of which is configured with the ability to be run in series and to receive scrapers, and includes perforated pipes installed in the body and communicated with the scraper input-output nozzles in the carrier stream and the side input-output nozzles of the carrier stream and the gas oil-solvent. Starter for scrapers is made in the form of a multi-section straight-through device by the type of "pipe in a pipe", the perforated pipes of which are connected consistently and interconnected by bolts, and the body is made of annular chambers with a partition in the middle, which form a section with each perforated pipe, wherein the mentioned above side nozzles are located in each section of starter.

EFFECT: installation makes it easier to control the starters, shorten the duration of cleaning stage and reduce operating and capital costs.
