FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil refining, and namely to the procedure of obtaining high-octane environmentally safe gasolines. Invention refers to the method of obtaining gasoline of EURO standards, which involves distillation of crude oil so that wide once-run gasoline fraction is obtained, and catalytic reforming; at that, prior to catalytic reforming there also performed is secondary fractional distillation of wide once-run gasoline fraction with separation of three fractions boiling out within the following temperatures: light IBP - 65°C, middle 65-105°C and heavy 105-180°C FBP, hydraulic cleaning of the above heavy fraction is performed and it is subject to catalytic reforming with separation of catalysate - debutanised reformed gasoline, which is then mixed with light and middle fractions at their next ratio, wt %: light fraction IBP 65°C -33-40; middle fraction 65-105°C- 15-25; debutanised reformed gasoline obtained at catalytic reforming of heavy fraction 105-180°C FBP is the rest.
EFFECT: producing gasoline with concentration of benzene, which does not exceed 0,4 vol % when other characteristics meeting the requirements of EURO standards are achieved.
