FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ferrous metallurgy. High-basicity agglomerate contains the following components in wt %:SiO2 - 5.0-8.3; CaO - 42.0-55.5; MgO - 1.0-4.0; Al2O3 - 2.5-4.0; MnO 15.0-28.0; Fe2O3 - 3.5-29.0 with basicity of CaO/SiO2 equal to 5.2-11.0. Proposed mix material comprises manganese- and iron-containing components, fluxes and solid fuel. Said mix material comprises, as a manganese-containing element and flux, a high-basicity carbonate manganese ore with the following ratio of components, in wt %: %: solid fuel - 8-12, high-basicity carbonate manganese ore containing 32.67-40.88 wt % of CaO - 72-88; iron ore material making the rest. Second version of agglomerate comprises the following components in wt %: SiO2 - 4.5-5.5; CaO - 26.0-48.0; MgO - 1.65-1.8; Al2O3 - 2.4-2.8; MnO - 10.0-20.5; V2O5 - 0.5-0.9; Fe2O3 - 21.0-50.0 with CaO/SiO2 basicity equal to 5.2-10.6. Mix material for agglomerate production comprises manganese- and iron-containing, solid fuel and vanadium-containing material. Said mix material comprises, as a manganese-containing element and flux, a high-basicity carbonate manganese ore with the following ratio of components, in wt %: %: solid fuel - 8-12, high-basicity carbonate manganese ore containing 32.67-40.88 wt % of CaO - 45-72, vanadium-containing material - 18-40, and iron ore material making the rest.
EFFECT: production of high-basicity agglomerate with high process properties.
