FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electroplating, particularly, to method of producing electrochemical composite chromium-based coats. Proposed device comprises bath with working electrodes, power supply units and electrolyte circulation unit made up of pipeline, throttle, heater and mechanical filter. Note here that electrolyte circulation unit incorporates additionally a buffer tank with flow-cavitation reactor, while pipeline in the bath electrode zone is perforated. Besides, proposed device comprises second circulation system comprising intake witch exhaust pump, mechanical filter connected in series with buffer tank.
EFFECT: electroplating device to produce uniform-thickness higher-micro hardness articles with low inner stresses and higher wear resistance.
