FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building, particularly, to continuously variable transmission. The gear box consists of disk planetary variator (11) with input and output kinematic links (1), (14) and of control mechanism including differential and matching gears (25). The differential gear corresponds to two differential mechanisms (4) and (19) continuously kinematically tied with input and output kinematic links (1) and (14) of the variator. Carrier (3) is coupled with input link (1) in one of differential mechanisms (4), while internal central gear (18) is coupled with input link (1) in another differential mechanism (19). Output link (14) of the variator in both differential mechanisms (4) and (19) is connected with external central gears (12) and (13). In matching gear (25) its carrier (30) is periodically kinematically coupled with internal central gear (20) of first differential mechanism (4) and with carrier (23) of second differential mechanism (19).
EFFECT: simplified mechanism of gear box control.
