FIELD: thermal power stations; firing-up and operation of boilers working on low-grade coals at varying loads. SUBSTANCE: coal pulverization system includes furnace 1 of boiler equipped with pulverized-coal burners 2 arranged in tiers with distributed aeromixture nozzles 3 located in air box 18. Located between tiers of burners are dust concentrators 9 whose concentrated mixture branch pipes 13 are brought into lighting-up burners 4 located between nozzles 3 of burners 2. Branch pipes 13 are brought into discharge pipes 14 located below dust concentrator 9 integrated in lighting-up burner 4 connected to two dust concentrators located above and below it. Air nozzle 19 is arranged between branch pipes 13 and discharge pipe 14. Axial inlet branch pipe 15 is connected to branch pipe 13 of the same dust concentrator through gate valve 17 and is also connected with hot air main. Upper and lower parts of housing of dust concentrator 9 of lower and upper adjacent concentrators respectively are connected to bypass outer pipes 20 fitted with gate valve 21.
