FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to submarine launchers and serves to open/close launcher bottom cover. Proposed device comprises cover turn drive with hydraulic cylinder. Partially rotary vaned hydraulic cylinder incorporates fixed shaft and rotary case, cylinder working chamber features torus shape and vanes feature oval lengthwise section. Fixed vane is secured on fixed shaft, while moving vane is arranged on rotary case. Two-part rotary case is jointed with bottom cover via hollow lever. Level cavity is communicated with bottom cover cavity. Lever is coupled with rotary case via sector tooth on rotary case and sector slot on lever. Lever is fitted on fixed shaft to be rotated by two aligned couplings that form a cavity and adapter with cavity communicated with drain/fill system. Cavities of lever, couplings and adapter are intercommunicated and communicated with the cover.
EFFECT: increased drive torque, reduces sizes, better drainage and higher reliability.
