FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: hydraulic drive comprises housing 1 composed of s stator of part-turn actuator hydraulic motor. Housing 1 is furnished with hydraulic motor stator cover 2. Hydraulic motor rotor 6 with shaft 7 and vane 8, separator 9 of working chamber 4, 5 are fitted in housing bore 3 to make working chamber 4, 5. Said separator 9 is secured to inner end face of said bore 3 by studs 10. Shaft 7 has lengthwise channels 16 to feed working fluid from end face 17 into chambers 4, 5, said end face making the seat for hydraulic control valve. Said hydraulic control valve is arranged in said housing bore communicated with drain line 32 and includes end face 17, cover 18 flat slide valve 19. Cover 18 is rigidly secured to end 17 of shaft 7 while flat slide valve is secured thereto by bolt 20 screwed in rotor 6. Spacing washer 21 fitted on bead of bolt 20 makes a pivot for slide valve 19. Bolt 20 has bore communicated with drain line 30. Two through bores aligned with channels 16 and communicated therewith extend through the stack of valve parts 17-19 bolted together. Bushes 23 are fitted in bore 22 of slide valve 19 while plugs 24 are fitted in cover 18 to stop bores 22 on the side opposite channels 16. Bushes 23 divide annular grooves 25 on both ends of slide valve 19 into pressure sector 26 and discharge sector 27. Spring-loaded piston 41 has conical stem 42 with ball retainers 44 fitted in radial bores 43 of shaft 7 to interact with holes 45 in cover 2.

EFFECT: decreased overall dimensions and weight, lower costs and higher efficiency.
