FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: system includes transport vehicles, control station and transponders, which are intended for transportation. Equipment arranged on each transport vehicle includes coordinate information sensor, signal sensors, cargo nature sensor, fuel flow sensor, speed sensor, mileage sensor, pressure sensor, body position sensor, AND logic element, subscriber encoder, recording device, radio station, receiving-and-transmitting antenna and readout device. Equipment arranged at the control station includes receiving-and-transmitting antenna, radio station, the first and the second 14 processors, comparing unit, encoder and ecologist workstation. Each radio station includes high-frequency generator, phase manipulator, power amplifier, duplexer, the first heterodyne oscillator, the first phase shifter through 90°, the first mixer, the second mixer, the first amplifier of the first intermediate frequency, the second phase shifter through 90°, adder, the first and the second multipliers, narrow-band filter, amplitude detector, key, multiple frequency converter, the second heterodyne oscillator, the third mixer, amplifier of the second intermediate frequency, band-pass filter and phase detector. Readout device includes master generator, power amplifier, duplexer, high frequency amplifier, phase detector, memory unit, code comparing unit and actuating unit. Transponder includes microstrip transmitting-and-receiving antenna, piezocrystal, electrodes, buses and reflectors.

EFFECT: invention allows enlarging functional capabilities of the system owing to measuring the speed, mileage, fuel flow and number of lifting of body with cargo of the transport vehicle, and preventing unauthorised access of unauthorised persons to the main equipment and modules of transport vehicle.
