FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to diagnostics in field of obstetrics and gynecology. Essence of method lies in the following: in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy by means of ultrasonic examination determined are dimensions and structute of ovaries, as well as pulse index (PI) in stromal arteries of ovaries, content of placenta growth factor (PGF) in blood of pregnant women, factor of tumour necrosis alpha (FTNα), histamine. If values of said parametres in term of 22-24 weeks and 34-36 weeks of pregnancy are respectively: ovary volume (cm3) - 13.8±1.3 and 14.7±2.4, ovary area (cm2) - 6.9±0.6 and 8.4±1.3, number of follicles - 14.2±3.5 and 18.2±4.3, diametre of follicles (mm) - 8.7±1.5 and 9.0±1.3, PI - 0.92±0.05 and 0.91±0.06, level of PGF (pg/ml) - 543±34 and 489±28, FTNα concentration (pg/ml) - 571±62 and 726±84, content of histamine (mcg/ml) -0.41±0.07 and 2.88±0.15, non-tumorius lesions of ovaries, testifying to presence of syndrome of placental stimulation of ovaries, are diagnosed.
EFFECT: application of method allows increasing accuracy of diagnostics of nontumorous lesions of ovaries at late terms of pregnancy.
