FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: to predict complicated pregnancy in female patients with genital endometriosis, placenta growth factor content (PGF), tumour necrosis factor alpha (TNFα), lymphocytes with CD95+ phenotype (l CD95+) are determined in blood of pregnant women with genital endometriosis at 11-13 weeks of gestation with the subsequent data analysis. Additionally, for the specified pregnancy term, the concentration of carbohydrate CA125 antigen, fertility alpha-2-microglobulin (FAMG), plasma protein-a (PAPP-a) associated with pregnancy and placental alpha-1-microglobulin (PAMG) is determined. At the following value of these parameters: PGF concentration (pkg/ml) - 93±14; TNFα concentration of (pkg/ml) 42.8±5.1; L CD95+ content (%) - 38.4±4.7; CA125 concentration (U/ml) - 62.3±3.6; FAMG concentration (ng/ml) - 527±43; PAPP-A concentration (mg/l) - 6.8±1.9; PAMG concentration (ng/ml) - 16.5±2.8, a complicated course of pregnancy in women with genital endometriosis is predicted.
EFFECT: application of this invention allows noninvasive prediction of the pathological course of pregnancy in women with genital endometriosis.
