METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF EARLY AND LATE PREECLAMPSIA Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC G01N33/53

Abstract RU 2693412 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology, and represents a method for predicting early and late developing preeclampsia. Method involves determining in blood of pregnant women concentration of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα), placental growth factor (PGF) and placental alpha-1 microglobulin (PAMG), values of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR), levels of insulin and leptin, and if these values are within 11–14 weeks and 18–21 weeks of pregnancy, respectively: concentration of TNFα (pkg/ml) – 44±5.1 and 91±8.7; concentration of PGF (pcg/ml) – 84±11 and 263±22; concentration of PAMG (ng/ml) – 8.6±2.2 and 72.4±7.6; value of HOMA-IR is 1.52±0.13 and 3.64±0.36; insulin levels (pmol/ml) – 59.7±5.6 and 152.3±7.8; leptin level (ng/ml) – 34.1±3.3 and 48.3±4.4 predicts early manifested preeclampsia; if these values in the above pregnancy time are respectively: concentration of TNFα (pkg/ml) – 16±2.8 and 86±7.5; concentration of PGF (pcg/ml) – 114±12 and 272±26; concentration of PAMG (ng/ml) – 7.7±2.1 and 75.6±7.9; value of HOMA-IR is 0.93±0.08 and 3.58±0.33; insulin level (pmol/ml) – 33.7±3.4 and 144.6±7.4; leptin level (ng/ml) – 20.6±2.4 and 44.5±4.1 predicts late developing preeclampsia.

EFFECT: presented is a method for prediction of early and late preeclampsia which gives evidence of existence of gestational metabolic syndrome.
