FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and a method for predicting early severe toxicosis, comprising determining in blood of pregnant women leptin concentration and placental growth factor (PGF), characterised in that it further produces a certain value of maximum amplitude of aggregation of thrombocytes (MAAT), content of lymphocytes CD95 + (A CD95 +), total IgE levels and concentration of C-reactive protein (CRP), and value of said indicators for 6-8 weeks and 9-12 weeks of pregnancy, respectively: leptin concentrations (ng/ml) - 18.9±2.8 and 23.4±3.2; PGF concentration (pg/ml) - 55±4.1 and 91±6.2; MAAT value (%) - 42.6±1.4 and 45.1±15; content of CD95 + (%) - 44.2±3.5 and 49.7±3.8; total IgE level (pg/ml) - 295±19 and 322±16; CRP concentration (mg/ml) - 96±4.2 and 108±5.3 predicting early severe toxicosis severe.
EFFECT: invention provides more accurate prediction of early severe toxicosis.
