FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for induction heating, particularly involving use of liquid sealing porous products. Device for induction heating comprises the use of induction coils manufactured by mechanical operation of a copper plate, rather than bending the hollow element in the form of a tube to form a coil. Manufacturing of induction coils by high-precision mechanical operation of a flat copper plate provides an induction heating coil design, where adjustment of gaps between turns of the coil, preferably from 4 mm to 8 mm, is possible with a great precision. At that, a tube for cooling water is soldered to the outside of the copper coil.

EFFECT: improvement of heating efficiency due to adjusting the distance between induction coils and a rough workpiece during the pre-sealing of rough workpieces.
