FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to meat industry, namely to manufacturing semi-finished meat products and fast-frozen meals. The method provides for preparation of meat raw material, fillers, pickle ingredients and spices, their milling, production of mincemeat, formation, breading, packing, chilling and freezing. The fillers contain dried cranberry or red bilberry presscake, preliminarily milled and reconstituted, which is added at mincemeat preparation stage with 13-15% of bread replaced with powdered cranberry or red bilberry presscake.
EFFECT: invention provides for meat semi-products enrichment with biologically active substances.
