FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machines to prepare fodders. Vibration mixer of loose fodders comprises longitudinal beams, rigidly joined to each other by means of crosspieces, where gussets are installed, front and back stands, longitudinal angles, links, springs fixed on them with the help of brackets, which connect rotary frame to a vibration chute body, which comprises mixing elements, rods and adjustment plates, over which hopper feeders are arranged, equipped with control mechanisms for fodder feed and installed on the frame, and an electric motor. The electric motor is arranged under the bottom of the vibration chute and is fixed on a fixed support. The mixer is equipped with a spring, one end of which is connected to the vibration chute body, and the second end is fixed on a fixed support, and the system of the motor control, inlet of which is connected to three-phase AC circuit. The electric motor makes linear reciprocal motion and is arranged in the form of a linear induction motor, the secondary element of the three-phase linear induction motor is directly the vibration chute body. The winding of the three-phase linear induction motor is connected to outlet of the motor control system.
EFFECT: invention application will make it possible to increase reliability and efficiency of operation of vibration fodder mixer.
