FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics. To prepare bone grafts in bone grafting, a fragment of human bone tissue is grinded, sterilised and preserved. Immediately before using, the graft is additionally incubated for one day in a sterile heparine solution containing 25000 UN in a refrigerator at temperature +4°C.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce a period of allograft adjustment in bone grafting in 1,5-2 times that reduces rehabilitation length.
