To draw an affected extremity and make the set therapeutic exercises, a soft cloth splint is used. Besides, the extremity is drawn along its axis by changing a direction and using a consecutive load increase with additional rods which applied within a distal portion of the affected hip or in a thoracic spine. It is followed with gradual corrective deviation of the extremity in the hip joint in a plane of an existing contracture.
