FIELD: textile, paper.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to textile industry. Proposed tubular structure comprises longitudinal sections arranged at one circumference, diagonal sections that connect specified longitudinal sections to form tubular structure. Besides, diametre of longitudinal sections is more than diametre of diagonal sections. Fibres of diagonal sections tie fibres of longitudinal sections together to form a single structure, at the same time high percentage of fibres of longitudinal sections may roll one over another. Also method is proposed to create braiding that takes required shape. The method includes the following operations: perimetre and area of filled gap or form are calculated. Number of holders of weaving machine is calculated, based on completed calculations of area and perimetre of filled gap or form. Then diametre of longitudinal section is calculated, based on calculations of perimetre and area of filled gap, or form, and braiding that takes required shape is manufactured, in which longitudinal sections form shell of specified braiding. This shell meets the requirements related to specified perimetre and specified area of filled gap or form when brought in compliance with specified gap or form. Besides, method is proposed to strengthen woven structure with application of above described tubular structure, in which tubular structure is introduced and brought in compliance with at least one surface of specified woven structure, and then this combination is soaked with resin.
EFFECT: improved quality of filling of concave gaps or gaps of complex shapes.
