SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials and can be used in making high-temperature heat-insulation articles. The raw mixture for making high-temperature heat-insulation articles based on diatomite contains the following, wt %: diatomite 80-90, chalk 10-20, sodium lignosulphonate 0.3-1.0, bentonite clay 1.0-5.0, combustible additive 3-50 over 100%.
EFFECT: low heat conductivity of the articles.
