FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a novel method for synthesis of ether-acid fluorides of alkyl(aryl)phosphonous acids which are used as intermediate products in organic synthesis and have formula RP(OR')F, where R=CH3, C2H5, i-C3H7, C4H9,i-C4H9, R=CH3, C2H5, C3H7, i-C3H7, C4H9, i=C4H9, C6H5, C6H11. The method involves treatment of corresponding alkyl(aryl)diphosphines RPF2 with trimethylalkoxysilanes of general formula (CH3)3SiOR' where R'=CH3, C2H5, C3H7, i-C3H7, C4H9,i-C4H9, C6H5, C6H11 at -30°C÷20°C for 30-60 minutes.

EFFECT: novel method for synthesis of intermediate products for organic synthesis.
