FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in control of efficiency of subsurface pumps by pressure at pump intake and wellhead and by temperature inside immersed electric engine (IEE) and at output from pump by means of changing frequency of feeding current of electric engine. A pressure gauge sensor is fixed at intake of the subsurface pump; a temperature sensor is installed at output of the pump; the same sensor is installed inside the IEE. Records of all sensors are transmitted to a control station of the immersed electric engine. The optimal mode of IEE is achieved by control of feeding current frequency so, that pressure at intake of the pump is close to pressure of oil saturation with gas, temperature inside the immersed electric engine does not exceed a critical value and temperature of oil in the subsurface pump does not drop below temperature of oil saturation with paraffin.
EFFECT: elimination of paraffin deposition from oil in zone of subsurface pump actuated with IEE, increased service life of subsurface pump equipment of wells at deposits of oil with raised contents of paraffins.
