SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger includes device and pack of plates, which consists of some mutually adjacent similar heat transfer plates (1); at that, each second heat transfer plate (1) of the pack is turned through 180° in the plane parallel to heat transfer surface (8) in the above heat transfer plate (1). Some points (16a-d) of the contact are located around first area (12) of the channel so that at least one point (16d, c) of the contact is adjacent to two contact points (16a, c and 16b, d, respectively); at that, the above points (16a-d) of the contact in general are located at equal radial distance from the centre of the above first area (12) of the channel. Besides, the above device includes some projections by means of which the above device is installed in the construction in the above heat transfer plate (1); at that, plate heat exchanger (3) includes pack (2) of plates and at least one device (25) according to the invention.
EFFECT: heat exchange is improved.
