SUBSTANCE: coders and decoders of scalable video signal are proposed, as well as appropriate methods for scalable coding and decoding of video signal. Coder of scalable video signal includes coder (100) for selective use of spatial internal forecasting for coding, at macroblock-adaptive basis, differential signal of optimisation layer, generated between macroblock of optimisation layer and appropriate macroblock of basic layer exposed to increasing digitisation.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of coding with interlayer forecasting of internal texture of video signal.
