FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the technology for production of food products for space alimentation. The method envisages recipe components preparation, carrot and paprika cutting and blanching, their mixture with sauerkraut, powdered sugar and vegetable oil, the produced mixture freeze-drying, inspection, package into bags produced of a fibre composite material in nitrogen medium or under vacuum conditions and hermetisation.
EFFECT: usage of the invention enables production of a space alimentation product.
