FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and equipment for animal feed preparation. Proposed method comprises loading feed ingredients to be mixed into bins, forcing them out into distributing device and mixing them. Mixing of ingredients results from multiple crossing of ingredients flows. First crossing of flows occurs in intake container communicated with the bin and provided with distributing device made up of inclined plane with electric vibrator fitted thereon. Then mixing occurs in mixing channel communicated with intake container by inclined guides arranged staggered there inside at the angle exceeding that of feed natural flow that form a square mixing zone in mixing channel cross section. Installation has transportation line communicated with distributor, feed bins mounted above distributor, distributing device made up of inclined plane with electric vibrator fitted thereon. Intake container bottom part communicates with mixing channel. Said channel accommodates inclined guides arranged staggered there inside at the angle exceeding that of feed natural flow that form a square mixing zone in mixing channel cross section. Feed bins are furnished with top and bottom level pickups.
EFFECT: higher quality of mixing.
