FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of individual person's protection during welding works. Welding helmet includes colourless glass of combined eyepiece located above lightfilter of coloured glass, automatic button, which regulates opening and closing helmet eyepiece, located immediately under welder/s hand, resistor to which welding apparatus is switched via plug with possibility to supply energy to helmet from its own outlet voltage, the button being fixed to electrode holder by clamp.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase work efficiency and reduce time expenditure due to absence of necessity to lift or lower the welding helmet by hand during welding works.
