FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal processing, namely, to producing decorative-artistic images on the surface of metal articles. Proposed method consists in processing metal article surface by abrasive material. Note here that decorative-artistic image is formed by superimposing partially processed areas.
EFFECT: simplified method of producing decorative image on metal article surface with volumetric effect and dynamic properties of image in motion or at change of light source position.
