SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Air tire has grooved tread. Tread has radially outer surface and features depth preventing sliding measured from radially outer surface and radially inner most groove surface, and one or several recessed grooves arranged radially inward and below surface of not worn-out tread. Note here that tread consists of main compound, radially outer compound and radially inner compound. Note also that radially inner compound is located below tread surface. Mind that intersection of radially outer compound and radially inner compound features wavy shape.

EFFECT: improved adhesion between tire tread and road covering.
