MECHANISM TO FIX CHUTES OF DRUM COLLECTOR Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC A01D89/00 

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the sphere of agricultural engineering industry. Mechanism to fix chutes of drum collector includes upper and lower fixed brackets joined by transverse frame, where chutes are attached. Each chute consists of lower end section with bent end, circular and rectilinear end sections. Bent end of lower section enters cut of lower bracket, provides for fixation of chute and prevents its displacement in radial direction relative to centre of circular section circumference. To provide for fixation in tangential and axial directions, in lower part of chute there are ledges matched with slots of bracket. Identical ledges are available also at end rectilinear section of chute. Ledges and according slots are arranged in planes parallel and/or perpendicular to axis of circular section of chutes. Fixation of end section of chute on bracket is provided with the help of hook hingedly installed on bracket and arranged on hook chute.

EFFECT: design of mechanism of chutes fixation makes it possible to achieve simplification of process of their mounting/dismantling and to provide for continuous technological process of material transportation in chutes of drum collector.
