FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of structuring molded sheet or endless tape surface, and to device to this end. Proposed method comprises the following stages: applying mask on said surface, curing, at least, partially produced mask and treating chemically said surface. Note here that UV-vanish is used as said mask that, after application, is subjected for, at least, 60 seconds to ultraviolet radiation. Molded sheet or endless tape is placed on working table with smooth surface for mask applying and curing. Proposed device comprises: working table with smooth surface, control unit, spraying head, spraying head guides to place it whatever position in the plane formed by X - Y coordinates, and independent spraying head drive elements. Said spraying head comprises nozzle to apply and cure UV-vanish. Said spraying head comprises UV-radiation source. Note here that nozzle is passed at 0.1 to 4 mm from the treated surface.
EFFECT: higher resolution of produced masks.
