FIELD: transport, package.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluids draining metering covers. Metering valve comprises annular ring 100 with relatively rigid moulded plastic structure and flexible elastic valve 102 moulded integral with said ring. Ring and valve element have, at least, one mechanical joint 110 for valve element to be jointed to said ring in moulding valve element on said ring. Mechanical joint comprises chain of holes 110 spaced angularly around annular ledge 108 made in the ring inner edge, and sections 122 arranged on outer edge of valve element extending into aforesaid holes. In compliance with the other version, above described ring has inner edge with annular ledge 146, and mechanical joint comprises concentric annular ledges 148 spaced radially apart on ledge surface. In producing metering valve, first, annular ring is moulded with said chain of holes or said ledges, and, then, flexible elastic valve element is moulded so that the ring and valve element have mechanical joint. Metering valve made as described above is used in metering cover design.

EFFECT: ease of use after moulding and assembling.
