FIELD: transport, package.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises case, cap and solid pivoted structure moulded integral with case and cover. Said case runs from container neck to make outlet for communication with container hole. Cover may move between closed and open positions at a distance from outlet. Solid pivoted structure comprises: web with narrow section and at least one wider section; case hinge jointing case with web along one side of the latter, and cap hinge jointing it to web along another side of said web that has at least one edge. Besides, closing device comprises one or both said elements 1 and 2: (1) strain release recess on cap side arranged in cap on its hinge one edge. Note here that said recess extends both from case hinge and its end in direction from case hinge side and from case hinge edge one side toward another side, and (2) strain release recess on cap side formed in cap on its one edge. Note here that cap recess extends in direction from cap hinge and from cap hinge end toward cap hinged another end. Recess edge formed in cap is located below the end of adjacent case hinge end while recess edge formed in cap is located above adjacent cap hinge end.
