FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: reactor for continuous auto-hydrolysis of wood consists of loading device, of inlet worm, of reactor, of steam generator, of outlet worm, of central worm, of valve for pressure drop, of production collector and of receiver of spent solutions. The reactor is made as a cone with a jacket for collection of condensate. Steam is supplied from the cavity of a perforated shaft of the central worm made as a cone. The product collector is made as three vertical reservoirs in a lower part equipped with a horizontal worm, while in an upper part equipped with a tank with solvents, a sprinkling system and with the collector of spent solution. The horizontal worm of the last tank is communicated with a pneumatic drying chamber. The vertical tanks are connected with a barometric condenser.
EFFECT: reduced power expenditures for auto-hydrolysis process due to special design of central worm transporting material in reactor and due to rational utilisation of heat of water vapour supplied from cavity of perforated shaft of central worm, qualitative extraction and purification of produced cellulose.
