FIELD: technological processes; pulp industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design for cellulose-containing material steam explosive processing with further acid hydrolysis and can be used in pulp and paper and chemical industry. Installation for continuous production of powdered cellulose comprises loader and wood raw material supply, reactor for steam pre-hydrolysis of wood raw material with system of transportation, steam feed and discharge system, reactor for acid hydrolysis of cellulose fibre with system of supply and removal of acid in form of nozzles, unit of powdered cellulose unloading. Between reactor for wood raw material steam pre-hydrolysis and reactor for cellulose fiber acid hydrolysis plant is additionally equipped with chamber for lignocellulose material steam explosive processing, which is connected by means of hydraulic valve with tank for alkali treatment of lignocellulose fibres. Lower part of the reservoir for alkali treatment is interconnected with device for washing cellulose fibres by means of flexible screw conveyor, and lower part of device for cellulose fibres washing is connected to reactor for cellulose fibre acid hydrolysis by means of flexible screw conveyor. Wood raw material loading and supply unit is made up of two channels with pistons arranged at acute angle to each other. Reactor for wood raw material steam pre-hydrolysis is arranged vertically. System for wood raw material transportation is made in form of guide screw channel. Steam feed and discharge system is composed of coaxial perforated tube. Reactor for cellulose fibre acid hydrolysis is arranged horizontally, wherein injectors of reactor acid feed and discharge system are distributed along its whole length. Unit of powdered cellulose unloading is equipped with washing system. Target product produced by this method, reaches level of crystallinity of 0.75-0.85 and dispersion of 1.1-1.5 m2/g.
EFFECT: achievement of sealing installation with continuous supply of wood raw material, reduced consumption of reagents for process of producing powdered cellulose from wood wastes.
