FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: installation for utilisation of scrap of electricity cables consists of pyrolysis chamber, of loading and unloading devices and, additionally, of after-burner, of reactor with fluidised layer, of dust collector and of fan. Also, by means of a conveyer finely chopped stock is continuously supplied via a water separator into the pyrolysis chamber wherein stock, moving along a plate, is ignited and decomposed in atmosphere. Also, a burner ensures required temperature; while pure copper wire is withdrawn from the chamber through a hydraulic gate wherein metal is cooled and purified. Notably, the product from the hydraulic gate is collected in a receiver, while gas and fume flow into the after-burner with the burner and an orifice for air supply. Products containing residues of chlorine are run through the reactor with a fluidised layer generated with gas and an additional vibration grid. A substance present in the reactor contains calcium in form of granules. It is periodically supplied into a hopper by means of the loading device; from the hopper it is supplied into the reactor via a feeder; gases from the reactor flow through the collector and further are withdrawn by the fan.
EFFECT: raised efficiency and power and resources saving at scrap processing.
