FIELD: technique for drying of dispersed materials used in microbiological, food-processing, chemical and other branches of industry.

SUBSTANCE: drier has feeding hopper adapted for keeping of wet material and equipped with screw-type feeder, drying chamber, heater, fan, and used air purifying system. Drying chamber has fluidized bed apparatus with distributing grid. Working chamber of fluidized bed apparatus is positioned in its lower part and filled with inert particles of fluorine plastic. Flexible wire strings are stretched above surface of distributing grid of working chamber. Sprayer is formed as acoustic liquid spraying nozzle. Each of said nozzles consists of casing incorporating bushing and central rod with conical shoulder. Liquid sprayer is made in the form of circular cavity delimited by cylindrical holder provided with uniformly distributed liquid feeding apertures. Resonator is made in the form of at least one spherical cavity disposed within body of central rod axially placed within bushing which is axially aligned with casing. Spherical cavity is communicated through calibrated opening to annular slot defined by end surfaces of bushing and rod at the side of conical surface of shoulder. Rod is positioned for fixed movement lengthwise of casing axis by means of threaded connector.

EFFECT: increased efficiency in drying of diffused materials.
