FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: electric wire strap utilisation plant consisting of a pyrolysis chamber, loading and unloading devices also includes an afterburner, a fluidised-bed reactor, a dust collector and a fan. Small cut raw material is continuously supplied with a conveyor through a water separator to the pyrolysis chamber, in which raw material moves along a plate, where it is ignited and decomposed in atmosphere. Required temperature is provided with a burner. Pure copper wire is drawn out of the chamber through a hydraulic seal, in which metal cooling and its cleaning is performed. Product from the hydraulic seal is collected in a receiver. Gases and smoke is supplied to the afterburner, in which the burner is located and an air supply hole is made; products containing chlorine residues are passed through the reactor with fluidised-bed created with gas and a vibratory grid as well. In the reactor there located is a substance containing calcium in the form of granules, which is supplied periodically by means of a loading device to a hopper. Gases pass through the collector and then are removed with a fan. The plant is equipped with a vortex dust collector containing a cylindrical housing, an axial dust-loaded gas inlet with a vortex and an ejector nozzle, and a fairing. In upper part of the housing there arranged is an axial cleaned gas outlet branch pipe and a peripheral inlet for secondary flow with a vortex. On the end of the axial cleaned gas branch pipe there fixed is a filter element the material of which has increased sound-absorbing properties. Filter element is made in the form of a filter cartridge with a cylindrical wire or rod frame, with upper and lower flanges, on which the filter element is fixed by means of belts located in the plane perpendicular to the frame axis.

EFFECT: invention will allow improving flue gas cleaning degree and reducing power consumption.
