FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in decreasing the gun recoil by means of explosive gases which are directed in the directions opposite to recoil and kickback of the gun. According to the method the powder gases, before they leave the barrel, are directed for partial cooling, pressure reduction and deceleration to confusers of laval nozzles with central body of the barrel. Powder gases are accelerated to acoustic velocities in critical cross sections of laval nozzles with central body of the barrel. When powder gases flow to diffusers of laval nozzles, powder gases expand and accelerate to supersonic velocities, thus creating zones of vacuum negative pressure in diffusers. Ambient air is ejected by means of vacuum negative pressure through the channels connecting the zones to atmosphere; at that, powder gases are cooled and mass of their mixture is increased owing to ejected air and thus the pressure of powder gases is increased to optimum value and total kinetic momentum of output jet flow from diffusers is increased in the directions opposite to the gun recoil and kickback. Ejector device is made in the form of muzzle nozzle connected to the end section of the barrel by means of thread. Ejector device includes gas outlet holes, annular gap. Annular gap is located in the expansion chamber enveloping it. Expansion chamber is made in the form of tight detachable connection through the ring of two inlets of confusers of laval nozzles with central body of the barrel. Ring has inner calibration orifice. Calibration of inner hole is performed by moving the end barrel section without rifles along the thread and the rest part of the barrel relative to the corresponding sides of the ring. Outlet of each confuser of laval nozzle is critical section through which each confuser is connected to its diffuser equipped with connection channels of vacuum negative pressure zones of diffusers to external atmosphere and to sectional nozzle holes for outlet of jet flows of mixture of gases. End laval nozzle with central body of the barrel is made in the form of upper half, and sectional nozzle holes of diffuser are directed to opposite sides and upwards.
EFFECT: reducing the gun recoil during shooting.
