SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of repeated transfer of initial frame in improved channel of upperlink (E-DCH) of duplex mode with frequency division (FDD) of partnership standard in development of 3rd generation project (3GPP). Method for repeated transfer of initial frame (10) contains representation of data bits at lower number of segments, compared to number of segments available for frame (17) of repeated transfer, and transfer of control channels (14) in all available segments (11, 12) of repeated transfer frame. Number of available segments (11, 12) in frame of repeated transfer is higher that number of available segments (12) in initial frame.

EFFECT: possibility of combination with tracking of hybrid automatic request of repeated transfer during repeated transfers for data channel with optimisation of required capacity of transfer and coverage for associated control channels.
