FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used to decode information content contained at least in one data packet, which is sent from transmitter (UE) to receiver (BS) via channel of data transfer (E-DCH), besides specified information is presented by bit sequence transformed into transmitted version of redundancy. The following is realised in the invention: a) initial transfer of information for the first time in the first data packet from transmitter (UE) to receiver (BS), besides information is represented by the first version of redundancy, which is independently decoded; b) confirmation of incorrect reception by means of acknowledgement transfer from receiver (BS) in transmitter (UE); c) repeated transfer of information at least for the second time in the second data packet from transmitter (UE) to receiver (BS), after reception of acknowledgement at the stage (b), besides to present information, the second version of redundancy is used, which is selected depending on parametre of coding, which describes whether version of redundancy is self-decoded or not.
