FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises flat zigzag-shaped resistive radiating element of foil arranged between two flexible heat-resistant electric insulation films and equipped with leads for connection to electric grid. Flat zigzag-shaped resistive radiating element of foil is arranged in the form of two elements arranged at both sides of heat resistant electric insulation film so that parallel sections of foil ribbon zigzags of one are displaced relative to parallel sections of zigzags of foil ribbon of the other by pitch of width of foil ribbon, at the same time width of foil ribbon and pitch between them are equal to each other, and links of zigzags are overlapped with each other. Each resistive radiating element is equipped with leads for connection to electric grid.
EFFECT: proper heat radiating properties, high efficiency factor and possibility of connection to three-wire electric grid.
