FIELD: electrical enegeneering.
SUBSTANCE: device contains flat zig-zag shaped resistive radiating element made of foil located between two transparent heating resistant electric insulation films and outfitted with the outputs for connection to the electric network. The flat zig-zag shaped resistive radiating element made of foil is placed on the screen made of aluminum film. The screen of aluminum film is outfutted with the outputs for connection to the earthing loop, under the zig-zags of resistive radiating element on the aluminum foil screen there are slots that are even in width, longer or even in length with direct sections of zig-zags of resistive radiating element.
EFFECT: good heat-radiating properties, high thermal efficiency and possibility of connection to three wire electric network.
