FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, more specifically to radiographs designed for quantitative assessment of an urination body state in urology departments. An apparatus comprises an X-ray emitter coupled with a generator and a control panel, a patient table provided with a symmetric inclining mechanism for a table deck relatively to a horizontal position both of the X-ray emitter, and an X-ray emission detector. The patient table deck comprises a metric element made of a rigid radiolucent material in the form of two semi-cylinders creating an X-shaped configuration in a vertical cross-section of the metric element. An internal surface of the semi-cylinders have attached radiopaque markers positioned as previously described by a coordinate system x, y, z of the metric element with its X axis which passes parallel to a longitudinal axis of the patient table, and its Z axis is perpendicular to a plane of the patient table.

EFFECT: invention allows reduced examination time and higher accuracy of X-ray topography.
